1. General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions of Purchase (hereinafter, the Terms) govern the legal relationship between MB ANASNEKONDA (Company Code: 307611972, registered office: Eglynės g. 2, Gabšiai, Raseiniai district, 60192, email: labas@anasnekonda.lt, hereinafter, the Seller) and the buyer (hereinafter, the Buyer) arising from the purchase of goods on the website www.anasnekonda.lt.

By placing an order, the Buyer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree with the Terms, please do not use the store's services.

2. Conclusion of the Contract

2.1. The purchase-sale agreement is considered concluded from the moment the Buyer, after selecting the item(s) and forming a shopping cart, clicks the "Pay" (Apmokėti) button and receives an email confirmation from the Seller regarding the acceptance of the order.

2.2. Every transaction is recorded and stored in the Seller’s information system.

2.3. The Buyer must provide correct and complete delivery data. The Seller is not responsible for delayed delivery or unfulfilled orders due to incorrectly provided data.

3. Prices and Payment

3.1. All prices on the website are indicated in Euros (€) including VAT.

3.2. The delivery price depends on the chosen delivery method and is specified in the Shipping Policy (www.anasnekonda.lt/shipping-policy).

3.3. The Seller reserves the right to change product prices. The price applicable to the Buyer is the one displayed at the time the order was placed.

3.4. Payments are processed through the secure payment system PAYSERA. Accepted payment methods include: BANK TRANSFER and CARD.

3.5. Goods are prepared and shipped only upon receipt of payment confirmation.

4. Delivery

4.1. Delivery conditions, timeframes, and prices are detailed in a separate document: www.anasnekonda.lt/shipping-policy.

4.2. Ownership of the goods passes to the Buyer from the moment the Buyer physically receives the goods and signs the acceptance documents (or collects them from a parcel locker).

4.3. Upon receiving the shipment, the Buyer must inspect the condition of the packaging. If the package is damaged, this must be noted on the delivery document, and the Seller must be informed immediately via email at labas@anasnekonda.lt.

5. Quality and Warranty

5.1. The Seller guarantees that the goods sold correspond to the characteristics specified in their descriptions and are fit for their intended purpose.

5.2. Goods are subject to a 2-year legal warranty in accordance with Article 6.363 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania. The warranty does not cover defects resulting from improper use, storage, or mechanical damage.

5.3. Upon noticing a defect, the Buyer must inform the Seller via email at labas@anasnekonda.lt within a reasonable time from the date the defect was noticed, but no later than 2 years from receipt of the item.

5.4. In the event of a defect, the Buyer has the right to demand:

• Repair of the goods or replacement with new ones;

• A proportional price reduction;

• Termination of the contract and a refund (if repair or replacement is impossible).

6. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)

6.1. The Buyer (a natural person) has the right to withdraw from the contract without stating a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods, in accordance with Article 6.228(10) of the Civil Code of the RL and the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU.

6.2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must inform the Seller via email at labas@anasnekonda.lt, providing the order number and the reason for the return.

6.3. Returned items must be unused, undamaged, in their original packaging, and with all labels attached.

6.4. The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Individually manufactured or customized goods;

• Perishable goods and food products with opened packaging (except cases with obvious sensory quality changes);

• Items with an expired shelf life.

6.5. Refunds are issued to the Buyer’s payment account within 14 days of the receipt and inspection of the returned goods. Original delivery costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective or did not match the order.

6.6. Return shipping costs are covered by the Buyer, except cases where the return is due to the Seller’s error (defective or incorrect item).

7. Liability

7.1. The Seller is not liable for:

• Delivery delays caused by third parties (couriers) or force majeure circumstances;

• Damage resulting from improper use or storage of the goods;

• Website malfunctions caused by technical failures or cyberattacks.

7.2. The Seller’s liability shall not exceed the price paid by the Buyer for the goods.

7.3. The Seller is not responsible for user opinions, comments, or reviews published on the website; these are solely the personal opinions of their authors.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1. All intellectual property of the content and design of www.anasnekonda.lt belongs to MB ANASNEKONDA. All rights reserved.

8.2. Copying, distributing, modifying, or otherwise using the website content, logo, or brand elements without written permission from the Seller is strictly prohibited.

9. Dispute Resolution

9.1. All disputes shall be resolved through negotiation. Please contact us first at labas@anasnekonda.lt; we will strive to find a solution within 14 days.

9.2. If a dispute cannot be resolved, the Buyer has the right to contact:

• The State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (VVTAT), www.vvtat.lt;

• The EU Electronic Dispute Resolution platform, https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

9.3. Disputes that cannot be resolved amicably are subject to the laws of the Republic of Lithuania and shall be heard in the courts of the Republic of Lithuania.

10. Final Provisions

10.1. The Seller reserves the right to change these Terms. Changes take effect from the moment they are published on the website.

10.2. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.

10.3. These Terms are prepared in accordance with the Civil Code of the RL, the Law on Electronic Commerce of the RL, and the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU.
