Return Period

The Buyer (a natural person) has the right to withdraw from an online contract (return a high-quality item) without stating a reason within 14 days of receiving the item, except for the exceptions provided in Article 6.228(10), Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania.

Condition of the Returned Item

Returned items must be:

• Unused, undamaged, and with all original labels attached.

• In the original packaging and including all accessories, if any were included in the set.

Non-returnable items:

Returns are not applicable to the following items:

• Customized or made-to-order items.

• Items with an expired shelf life or those damaged due to improper use.

• Based on the exceptions provided in Article 6.228(10), Part 2 of the Civil Code, animals, supplements, and medications that require special storage or transport conditions as stated in their descriptions, as well as those with opened packaging, cannot be returned. Food, supplements, and medications with opened packaging can only be returned if there are clear sensory changes in the product's quality. In such cases, the seller must be contacted and informed immediately for quality control purposes.

Return Process

• To start the return process, please contact us at labas@anasnekonda.lt and provide your order number and the reason you wish to return the item.

• IMPORTANT! Only after receiving email confirmation that the item can be returned, please pack the item securely and ship it according to the agreed terms.

Shipping Costs

• If an item is returned due to our error (e.g., the wrong item was sent or the product is defective), we will cover the return shipping costs.

• In all other cases, the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer (these costs will be deducted from the total refund amount).

Refunds

As soon as we receive and inspect the returned item, the refund will be issued to your specified payment account within 14 days.

Please note that the original and return shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item was defective or did not match the order.
