Delivery to Parcel Lockers (Omniva, LP Express, Venipak):

Price: €3.00 for orders under €50.

Free Shipping: For orders of €50 and over.

Terms: Maximum parcel weight – 30 kg.

Delivery Time: 1–3 business days.

Courier Delivery to Home or Office:

Price: €5.00 for orders under €50.

Reduced Rate: A discounted rate of €3.00 applies to orders between €50 and €100.

Free Shipping: For orders of €100 and over, provided the total weight does not exceed 30 kg.

Terms: Recommended for heavy items (over 12 kg).

Delivery Time: 1–2 business days.

Weight Restrictions and Additional Terms

To ensure safe transport, orders exceeding the 30 kg limit (e.g., three 12 kg bags of food) are split into separate shipments. A symbolic €3.00 logistics fee may apply to each additional shipment once the weight limit is exceeded.

Extra Large Orders

If you plan to purchase items with a total weight exceeding 100 kg, please contact us personally—we will arrange a customized delivery plan and individual pricing.

Standard Shipping within the EU

Price: From €9.90 (the exact amount depends on the country and weight; it will be calculated once you enter your address in the cart).

Free Shipping: For orders of €150 and over, provided the parcel weight does not exceed 20 kg.

Weight Limit: The maximum weight for a single shipment within the EU is 20 kg. Larger orders are split into multiple parcels, and the price is recalculated based on the number of shipments.

Delivery Time: 4–8 business days.

Order Processing

Orders placed and paid for on business days before 12:00 PM are processed the same day.

Once your order has been dispatched, we will inform you via email and provide a tracking number.

Receiving Your Goods

When receiving your parcel from a courier or collecting it from a locker, please check the condition of the packaging. If the package is damaged, please note this on the delivery document or take a photo of the damage and contact us immediately at labas@anasnekonda.lt.
